The Preserve at Legends Pointe Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on December 13, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners, Pasco County, Florida, Ordinance No. 24-50 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Preserve at Legends Pointe CDD is located entirely within Manatee County, Florida and covers approximately 276.936 acres of land. The site is generally located south of Crews Lake Drive, north of State Road 52, east of State Road 589 (Suncoast Parkway), and west of U.S. Highway 41. The western boundary of the proposed District is adjacent to Shady Hills Road.
